Don't tell me you had no guidance
One thing that amazes me is the evolution of learning. It reminds me of my early days in 2015 when I wanted to explore finance and information technology. I was seeking guidance to understand the responsibilities of these careers and how to get a head start. Back then, I was ambitious, not so much in my studies, but in the practical world of getting things done. I wanted to develop the necessary skills to break into tech or finance. However, despite my energy and enthusiasm, I lacked guidance and mentorship. It was challenging to find someone who believed in me, invested in me, and knew how to guide me effectively.
I had to pay the price of reading theoretical books, following long sequences of getting things done, learning from books, doing examples, and finally getting into actual action. By the time I got into actual action, I either lost interest or became obsessed with something else.
“Delaying action on what excites you will cause you to lose enthusiasm over time.”
Now, with AI readily available at our fingertips, we can no longer say we didn't have resources or guidance. With AI, you can ask questions, receive guidance, and even adjust learning speed based on your pace. You can dive directly into hands-on learning without following a specific sequence. Go back and forth between learning and applying, creating a cycle of continuous growth.
I recommend using either the free and pro versions of:
- ChatGPT
- Perplexity
- Claude AI
As you use these AI models for different purposes, it's important to understand how each one works and how they differ. I want you to determine when to use each model. We are in an age of speed and efficiency, so honestly, no one cares about your degrees or how you arrive at the solution. You just need to ensure it's not a guessing game, but an analysis done by you.
There's no one-size-fits-all approach to learning. Embrace what works for you. Let AI empower your learning journey. After all, it's inevitable.
Cheers to the future with AI!
